After your session, you’ll receive a gallery of proofs to review and select your final images. This fee covers the time required for professional editing and refinement to ensure the highest-quality results.

Usage Rights & Licensing

When you book a session with David Kimber, all images are licensed for your own marketing and promotional use.
This includes:

  • Company websites and online portfolios

  • Social media platforms

  • Print or digital advertising

  • Press features or award submissions

  • Client presentations and proposals

  • Digital or printed brochures

All photos remain the intellectual property of David Kimber. Images may not be transferred, sold, or shared with third parties (such as builders, designers, or vendors) without prior written permission or a separate licensing agreement.

If additional parties would like to use the same images for their own marketing, shared licensing can be arranged prior to the session.

Please note: Each session includes a minimum of 6 final edited images.

Shared Licensing

When multiple companies wish to use the same images, cost-sharing ensures that each party is properly licensed while keeping things fair and transparent.

A 30% (pre-tax) licensing fee per additional company will be added to the session total.
The overall cost is typically divided among all parties involved.

Example:
‘Company A’ books a kitchen photoshoot. ‘Company B’ also wants to license the images.

  • Half Day Session: $575

  • 10 Photos: $350 ($35 each)

  • Total: $925

  • + 30% licensing fee: $1,202

  • Split between two companies: $601 each
